Drop-In Cold plate Metos EC GN2 with Dekton Sirius top

The amazing Metos EC GN2 cold plate with Dekton Sirius ceramic top is a brilliantly versatile cold GN2/1 drop-in unit, offering unbeatable possibilities for food serving.

The construction comes with a 12 mm aluminium seamless top which is covered with a stainless-steel top, and the drop-in unit style can be upgraded with Dekton or Ceran glass tops. It can go from -5°C to +15°C (at an ambient temperature of +24°C), so you can serve chilled food, like in no time.

Just make sure you have enough air flow for the installed unit and you're all set! The cut-out size needs to be 670x540 mm when installed on a wooden or stainless-steel counter. The cut-out size needs to be 674x544 mm when installed on a Dekton or stone counter.
